Proposed changes to the Combined Constitution & By-Laws

These changes affect every level of the organization including Local Squadrons
Proposed changes to the Combined Constitution & By-Laws have been mailed to you local Squadron by National Headquarters. These proposals will be voted on at National Convention. Every member should review these and share their feelings with the delegates who will be voting. These changes include a proposed dues increase of $2, changes to the requirements for Standing Rules, raises the charge for non-returned membership cards, and many others for at total of 44 proposed amendments.
